Now thats the  9th day that I've been waiting to get admin, obviously I will not get it... Well I'll wait for it, and yes I know that the member at the top of Spawnpoint are reviewing but ( well I hope =P) still I hope they are gonna at least say, well write to me that I wont be accepted to Help them to "clean" the server I applied to, to pay attention at rules, make them to be applied,... Yes, I know all of that but I will be really proud of that + im also doing it to make the server a better place to play, because you know, when you're playing and you see a hacker playing in the server players can be frustrated and they should be, but its happening to much, I can say that because im a regular ( well more than regular) and you can see them really often and because there is not a lot of admins ( at least on the server ) we need to wait, some of the players prefer to spectate it because of 1 thing there isn't any voteban / votekick command on Spawnpoint but when there is no admin, it can be a problem.....

You have to wait a long time for admin. My first application took a month to make sure I was responsible.

Dont worry dude. Be confident and just help keep the server clean even without your admin powers (i.e. Demos, "watch your language" comments..)

Staff will notice. They are always watching. Be prepared to wait, it takes forever.

Just a note from the inside... the reason why it takes so long, is because the staff looks for you playing in the servers, and watch your actions.

Each application also has a "forum style" thread going as well - that the staff participates in, makes comments, etc.

If you apply for admin, and never play - you'll never get approved. There are about 30 staff that mingle around the servers, and have input on the applications... keep that in mind, while in game, as well. You never know who may be watching.

We're not quite that bad Wayetender lol. You just need to appreciate that some of the time we don't know who you are, so we won't instantly grant you admin.

We take admin very seriously and have high expectations of those we give admin to. Once you have applied the best things you can do are:

1. Play on the server you applied on. Kind of obvious, but necessary.

2. Send in demos of cheats. This makes me happy, because I really hate cheats. Here's how: http://www.spawnpoint.com/pdf/reportahacker.pdf

3. Post on the forums. What better way to let us know you are the kind of person we want to give admin to? Maybe you want to know what we are like, either way, join in.

Finally I didn't get the admin so with all the tips players gave me I'll wait and continue posting and be active, sending demos, etc. That's life.
